To buy a ticket, go to the event page you are interested in, select the ticket type and click "Book". Then follow the instructions to complete your purchase with your preferred payment method.

After your purchase, your tickets will be sent to you by email. You can also find them in your personal space by logging into your Tikeneo account. Tickets can be presented on your phone or printed.

To organize your event on Tikeneo, you must first create an organizer account. Once registered, you can create and manage your events, define ticket types, track sales in real time and much more.

To vote in a contest, visit the contest page, select the category then the candidate you wish to vote for. Follow the instructions to complete your vote, which can be free or paid depending on the contest.

In case of event cancellation, refunds are generally automatic. If the event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. For any specific questions regarding a refund, please contact us directly via the form above.
